Yes. We offer a combined DOT physical + drug screen (urine) for $150. Both are done in a single visit. The drug screen is FMCSA-compliant and results are sent to your MRO.
Many drivers with these conditions are still certified. Bring your most recent test results and documentation showing your condition is managed. Blood pressure must be below 180/110 at time of exam. Diabetes on insulin requires an FMCSA exemption. Sleep apnea patients should bring CPAP compliance data from the last 90 days. Our examiner will walk you through the requirements.
Yes. All medical examiners at Doctors Place are certified and listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Your results are electronically reported to the registry and linked to your CDL record.
