Doctors Place Inc. also operates under the DBA “DPmeds”, which provides telemedicine, weight-management, and wellness services. This policy applies to all operations of Doctors Place Inc. and its DBA, DPmeds.

f. For Business Associates

6. Telemedicine and Electronic Communications
For telemedicine services provided through DPmeds, all communications are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You acknowledge that electronic communication, while protected, may carry inherent risks, and you consent to its use by engaging in these services.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Notice at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. The revised policy applies to all PHI we maintain, including information collected before the change.
